"Aglio e Olio" - a traditional sauce made by lightly sautéing garlic in olive oil and parsley then tossed in angel hair pasta.

Cup(s) Parsley, finely chopped

As Needed Balsamic Reduction (optional)

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add garlic and mix around being careful not to burn
- Add oven dried tomatoes and chopped parsley
- Toss to incorporate ingredients
- Add pasta and season to taste
- Plate up pasta and top with shrimp
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction (optional)
- Garnish with parmesan cheese
