Slow smoked brisket using a wood fired smoker. Yes, you will need a smoker for this recipe!


  • 1  Each Choice Cut Brisket
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Dry Rub
  • 2


    1. Rub in dry rub on both sides of brisket
    2. Place in a smoker at 250 degrees fat side up
    3. Let smoke for 15 hours
    4. Trim fat with grain, fat will peel right off
    5. To slice and trim, see video

    Dry Rub


  • 1/2 Cup(s) Kosher Salt
  • 1 ½ Table Spoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 1 Table Spoon(s) Cayenne Pepper
  • Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients together
