Slow smoked brisket using a wood fired smoker. Yes, you will need a smoker for this recipe!
- 1 Each Choice Cut Brisket
- 1 Cup(s) Dry Rub
- Rub in dry rub on both sides of brisket
- Place in a smoker at 250 degrees fat side up
- Let smoke for 15 hours
- Trim fat with grain, fat will peel right off
