Description

Melt in your mouth spare ribs. You will need a smoker for this recipe so go out and get one!


Ingredients

  • 1  Cup(s) Dry Rub
  • 1
  • 1  Each St. Louis Cut Spare Rib Slab
  • 2

Directions

    1. Trim fat off of slab
    2. Rub in dry rub over whole slab on both sides
    3. Using your smoker, place in top rack top side up
    4. Smoke for 4 hours at 250 degrees
    5. Meat should be soft and fork tender
    6. To cut, place bottom side up, get your knife right between the bones and slice

    Dry Rub

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup(s) Kosher Salt
  • 1 ½ Table Spoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 1 Table Spoon(s) Cayenne Pepper
  • Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients together
