Chef Johnny Vee's football season appetizer recipe, Smoked Shrimp and Artichoke Dip. Great party favorite and it's carb free!

Cup(s) Artichoke Heart, diced

Cup(s) Shrimp, finely chopped

Cup(s) Mayonnaise

Cup(s) Sour Cream

Cup(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated

Pinch Spanish Paprika

Tea Spoon(s) Hot Sauce

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Using a oven smoker, place the wood chips on the bottom then lay the artichokes and shrimp on top and slide on the lid closed
- Let it smoke for 6 minutes
- Remove the artichokes and shrimp from the smoker and chop them up
- In a baking dish, mix the chopped artichokes, shrimp and the rest of the ingredients
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
- Serve with crackers and/or baguettes
