Simple mushroom garlic spaghetti dish that everyone will like


Ingredients

  • 6  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1
  • 3  Each Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 2
  • 2  Each White Mushrooms, medium size
  • 3
  • 1  Each Portobello Mushroom
  • 4
  • 1  Each Anchovy, finely sliced
  • 5
  • 1  Pinch Parsley, chopped
  • 6
  • 2  Pinch Salt
  • 7
  • 1  Pinch Pepper
  • 8
  • 1/2  Pound(s) Spaghetti
  • 9
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 10
  •  Tea Spoon(s) Fresh Basil Leaves, for garnish

Directions

    1. In a frying pan, heat olive oil
    2. Add garlic, lower the heat, when garlic is starting to brown add the sliced mushrooms and simmer
    3. Add anchovy, parsley, salt and pepper and mix
    4. In boiling water, cook the spaghetti until al dente
    5. When spaghetti is ready, add it to the pan and mix well
    6. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, basil and parsley
