Directions
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil
- Add garlic, lower the heat, when garlic is starting to brown add the sliced mushrooms and simmer
- Add anchovy, parsley, salt and pepper and mix
- In boiling water, cook the spaghetti until al dente
- When spaghetti is ready, add it to the pan and mix well
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese, basil and parsley
