Description

This is a wonderful rich dip, Cream cheese based with garlic and spices. Finished with Spinach and served in a Hawaiian Bread Bowl.

Ingredients

• 16  Ounce(s) Weight Cream Cheese

• 1/4  Cup(s) Garlic, chopped

• 1  Table Spoon(s) Sea Salt
3
• 1  Table Spoon(s) Black Pepper

• 1  Tea Spoon(s) Cumin

• 1  Tea Spoon(s) Butter

• 8  Ounce(s) Weight Spinach (frozen)

Directions

1. Heat pan with butter
2. Add garlic and seasonings, saute for 1 to 2 minutes
3. Add spinach and saute for 2 or 3 minutes
4. Add cream cheese and heat until spinach is blended (do not over heat)
5. Cut bread bowl and save top for dipping (cut or tear into pieces)
6. Place dip in bread bowl and serve
