  • 1/3  Cup(s) Mushrooms, chopped

  •  Tea Spoon(s) Ham, chopped

  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Garlic, minced
  • 4
  •  Pinch Basil
  • 5
  •  Pinch Oregano

  •  To Taste Salt
  • 7
  •  To Taste Pepper

  • 6 1/2  Fluid ounce(s) Cream
  • 9
  • 2  Cup(s) Tagliatelle Pasta

  •  Pinch Arugula salad
  • 11
  • ¼  Each Tomato
  • 12
  •  Pinch Parsley

  •  To Taste Parmesan cheese

Directions

    1. Heat oil in a pan.
    2. Add mushrooms, ham, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and mix.
    3. Now add cream and let reduce for a few minutes.
    4. Add boiled pasta and stir.
    5. Leave in pan for a few minutes and stir occasionally.
    6. Garnish with arugula, tomato, parsley and then finish with Parmesan cheese.
