Directions
- In a pot on low heat add chicken stock.
- Add the thinly sliced pork strips.
- Once pork is almost completely cooked add lime juice, fish sauce, chili, shallots, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, pak chee, scallions, crushed dried rice and stir.
