Description

Allow Chef Ann from Thailand show you how to make her favorite Vegetarian Fried Rice Recipe. It doesn't get any more Thai then this!


Ingredients

  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Vegetable oil
  • 1
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Garlic, chopped
  • 2
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Brown rice, cooked
  • 3
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Red bean, cooked
  • 4
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Barley rice, cooked
  • 5
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Spring onion, chopped
  • 6
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Black olives, chopped
  • 7
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Sugar
  • 8
  •  As Needed Garlic chips
  • 9
  •  As Needed Truffle oil
  • 10

Directions

    1. Heat oil in a wok on high heat.
    2. Next saute garlic & add black olives, brown rice, red bean, barley rice & mix. saute for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Season with salt, pepper, sugar & mix.
    4. Add spring onion prior to serving.
    5. Serve in a hot stone bowl.
