Directions
- Chop and steam sweet potato, turnips, zucchini, peas and potato
- Saute raw mushrooms on a hot frying pan with a pinch of turmeric powder, chili powder and cumin powder
- Add the rest of vegetables to the mushrooms and season with salt
- Add water and cook covered for 2 to 3 minutues
- Add tomatoes and simmer again covered for about 7 minutes
- Serve with either rice or naan
