Description
This apple pie recipe is stuffed with your favorite Apples. It is the ultimate over stuffed double crust Apple Pie. Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, Yummy!

Each Egg White (for egg wash)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix together apples, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and cornstarch until combined
- Let sit for 10 minutes
- Take bottom of pie crust and lay into a pie pan
- Brush bottom with egg wash to form a seal
- Layer apples in pie crust to evenly distribute, press apples down
- Take top layer of pie crust and drape across apples
- Pat down and pinch bottom and top piece of pie crust together to seal each area
- Lightly Brush some water over the top of the pie crust
- Sprinkle top with granulated sugar
- Cut 4 vents in the middle of the pie
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Bake for 15 minutes then lower the temperature to 325, Bake for another 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes before serving
