Description

This is a cold pickling, no heat is used. Easy and ready in a day or two.


Ingredients

  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Cumin
  • 1
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Paprika
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Salt
  • 3
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Oregano
  • 4
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Sugar
  • 5
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Pepper
  • 6
  • ½  Each Red onion
  • 7
  • 1  Cup(s) Red wine vinegar
  • 8

Directions

    1. Slice 1/2 red onion to 1/4 inch or a little smaller.
    2. Add to vinegar in an air tight container.
    3. Add seasonings, blend well.
    4. Put in fridge for two days.
