This Asian inspired dish is all about the fresh Tuna pan seared to a perfect medium rare. It is served with a Ponzu Wasabi Dipping Sauce.

Directions
- Brush wontons with egg whites then sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Deep fry in oil until golden and crunchy
- Dress the plate with dip bowl, rim the bowl with the sesame seeds
- Paint the plate with the hoisin, arrange the scallion slices and paint the plate with butter to adhere the sesame seeds
- Season tuna with 5 spice
- Sear on all sides on high heat
- When fully seared, place on plate and top with sesame seeds
- Garnish plate with fried wontons
- Serve with Ponzo Wasabi Dip
