Description

These Fish tacos are in the style of Baja California. Fresh grilled fish topped with pico de gallo in a corn tortilla


Ingredients

  • 6  Ounce(s) Weight Black Sea Bass Filets
  • 1
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Tomatoes, diced
  • 2
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Red Onion, diced
  • 3
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Jalapeno, diced
  • 4
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Cilantro, chopped
  • 5
  • 3  Each Corn Tortillas
  • 6
  • 1  Each Lime, juiced
  • 7
  •  As Needed Sour Cream (for garnish)

Directions

    1. Season the fish and grill on medium high heat
    2. Remove from grill and rest while you make the salsa
    3. Combine all salsa ingredients and place on tacos when done.
    4. Chop up, or flake the fish and spread in 2 ounce portions on the toasted tortillas
    5. Garnish the plate with lime wedges and chopped lettuce, or cabbage tossed in lime juice and sour cream
