Ingredients

  • 12  Each Little Neck Clams, shucked, juice reserved
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Bread Crumbs

  • 1/2  Cup(s) Parmesan, grated
  • 3
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Garlic Powder
  • 4
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Oregano, Dried
  • 5
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Olive Oil
  • 6
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Clam Broth or Juice
  • 7
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped

  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Butter, unsalted

  • 1  Each Lemon, juiced
  • 10
  • 1  Each Lemon, sliced for wedges

Directions

    1. Mix ingredients together, add reserved clam juice
    2. Spoon the breading mixture onto each clam
    3. Place 1/2 teaspoon of butter on top of each breaded clam, this will ensure crispy golden brown top
    4. Broil until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
    5. Serve with lemon wedges
