Description

Balsamic Vinaigrette, great for salads and marinating vegetables for grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1  Cup(s) Olive Oil
  • 1
  • 3  Fluid ounce(s) Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Shallots, Minced
  • 3
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Brown Mustard
  • 4
  • 1  To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 5
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Honey
  • 6

Directions

    1. Mince Shallot and place in bowl.
    2. Add Mustard Honey and a small part of the Vinegar.
    3. Mix ingredients with whisk.
    4. Slowly add oil while mixing in vigorously.
    5. Mix in the rest of the vinegar.
    6. Finish with salt and pepper and season to taste.
    7. Feel free to add more honey mustard or Vinegar as to adjust to your personal taste.
