Bamf Seasoning covered Salmon served with wilted spinach and lemon chive vinaigrette


Ingredients

  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Onion, dried
  • 1
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Garlic, dried
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Red Chili Flakes
  • 3
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Salt, kosher
  • 4
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 5
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Fennel Seeds
  • 6
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Smoked Paprika
  • 7
  • 1  Pound(s) Salmon Filet, cut in to 8 oz. portions
  • 8
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Garlic Oil
  • 9
  • 1  Quart(s) Spinach, lightly packed
  • 10
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 11
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Red Pepper, small dice (optional)

  • 1  To Taste Salt & Pepper

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
    2. Mix all spices
    3. Coat Salmon in spice on one Side
    4. Sear in a hot pan
    5. Finish in oven for 6-7 minutes
    6. Let rest
    7. Saute spinach and red pepper in garlic oil, finish with salt and pepper
    8. Cook the spinach only until lightly wilted
    9. Dress salmon with vinaigrette

    Lemon Chive Vinaigrette

    Ingredients

  • 1 Fluid ounce(s) Lemon Juice, fresh
  • 3 Fluid ounce(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 Table Spoon(s) Chives, chopped
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Honey
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • Directions

    1. Whisk all ingredients together
