Directions
- In mixing bowl add butter and brown sugar
- mix until sugar is dissolved into butter and lightens color about 4-5 mins
- Add egg and mix until mixed well
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together and add to butter sugar mixture
- mix until combined
- Scrap bowl to make sure everything is combined
- Add to mix bananas and oats
- mix only until just combined
- Drop teaspoonful onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 375 F degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown around edges
- Remove tray from oven and let cookies cool on tray for about 5 minutes then remove cookies and let thoroughly cool.
