Description

Bananas foster is an amazing ice cream topping. Sliced bananas tossed in caramelized brown sugar, butter, banana liqueur and brandy. Top your ice cream off with this, whipped cream and hot fudge sauce.

Ingredients

• 12  Table Spoon(s) Butter, diced

• 1/2  Cup(s) Light Brown Sugar

• 2  Each Bananas, chopped

• 1/2  Fluid ounce(s) Banana Liqueur

• 1/2  Fluid ounce(s) Southern Comfort

• 1  Table Spoon(s) Brandy

• 2  Pinch Cinnamon

• 1  Tea Spoon(s) Lemon Juice

• 1  Tea Spoon(s) Orange Juice

Directions

1. In a hot saute pan over medium high heat, add butter and sugar
2. Stir constantly to melt butter and combine
3. Once melted butter starts bubbling, add bananas
4. Add banana liqueur, Southern Comfort and brandy
5. Add cinnamon, lemon juice and orange juice
6. Stir until bananas are soft
7. Pour over ice cream
8. Garnish with whipped cream and hot fudge
