Description
This is a twist on an a Classic Bananas Foster Dessert. Sliced Bananas in a warm Caramel Sauce served over a Warm Chocolate Brownie topped with Vanilla ice Cream.

Fluid ounce(s) Rum, white or dark

Each Bananas, sliced

Each Strawberries, sliced, for garnish

Each Chocolate Sticks or Shaved Chocolate, for garnish

Cup(s) Vanilla Ice Cream, portioned into 2 scoops

Each Chocolate Brownies or Pound Cake

Directions
- Heat up the brown sugar and butter in a thick bottom sauce pan
- Once melted and blended, add the heavy cream and let reduce by half
- Add the rum and let flame simmer out for a minute or 2
- Place the bananas in the caramel sauce, let simmer for 3 minutes or until a little soft
- Heat brownies in oven or microwave
- Place on the center of the plate
- Arrange the strawberry around the brownie
- Top with Ice Cream and hot bananas and sauce
- Finish with chocolate stick or chocolate shavings
- Enjoy!
