Description

The barbecue (bbq) Oysters recipe is topped with crispy pancetta then covered with Korean Barbecue Sauce and grilled.


Ingredients

  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Ginger, minced

  • 1/4  Cup(s) Soy Sauce

  • 1/4  Cup(s) Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1/2  Cup(s) Dark Brown Sugar

  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Seasoned Rice Vinegar

  • ½  Table Spoon(s) Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Cilantro, chopped

Directions

    1. In a blender, add ginger, garlic, shallots, pepper, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, tomato paste, sugar, rice vinegar, lemon juice, cilantro and blend
    2. While blending, slowing add sesame and neutral oils then tabasco sauce
    3. Top each oyster with a crispy piece of pancetta
    4. Top each oyster with 1 tablespoon each of the barbecue sauce
    5. On a hot grill, grill oysters for about 5 minutes or until bubbling
    6. Remove from grill and plate
    7. Serve and enjoy!
