Directions
- In a blender, add ginger, garlic, shallots, pepper, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, tomato paste, sugar, rice vinegar, lemon juice, cilantro and blend
- While blending, slowing add sesame and neutral oils then tabasco sauce
- Top each oyster with a crispy piece of pancetta
- Top each oyster with 1 tablespoon each of the barbecue sauce
- On a hot grill, grill oysters for about 5 minutes or until bubbling
- Remove from grill and plate
- Serve and enjoy!
