Watch Miranda make her basic brown rice, a healthy side dish for fish, tofu, chicken or beef.


  • 1  Cup(s) Short Grain Brown Rice
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Sweet Brown Rice
  • 2
  • 3  Pinch Sea Salt
  • 3
  • 3  Cup(s) Water
  • 4


    1. Add rice to a pressure cooker and mix to combine
    2. Add water and salt
    3. Seal pressure cooker and bring to a boil then turn heat to low and let cook for 45 minutes
    4. After 45 minutes, turn off the heat and let sit to rest for 5 minutes
    5. Fluff rice with a wooden spoon, plate and enjoy!
