Description

This is a basic yeast pizza dough. It can be used for pizza, calzones, stramboli, or any other type of stuffed or fried dough creation


Ingredients

  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Dry Yeast
  • 1
  • ¾  Cup(s) Water (110-115 degrees)
  • 2
  • 1  Pinch Sugar
  • 3
  • 2  Cup(s) Flour
  • 4
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 5
  • ¾  Tea Spoon(s) Salt
  • 6

Directions

    1. Place yeast and sugar into warm water and allow to bloom
    2. Place water and yeast mixture into food processor or mixer
    3. Add flour over mixture then add olive oil and salt
    4. Pulse in processor until fully incorporated and a bit lighter
    5. Kneed the dough with flour on board
    6. Form into a ball
    7. Cover and allow to double in size
