Basic Pizza Dough

Description
This is a basic yeast pizza dough. It can be used for pizza, calzones, stramboli, or any other type of stuffed or fried dough creation
Ingredients
- 2 Tea Spoon(s) Dry Yeast
- ¾ Cup(s) Water (110-115 degrees)
- 1 Pinch Sugar
- 2 Cup(s) Flour
- 2 Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil
- ¾ Tea Spoon(s) Salt
Directions
- Place yeast and sugar into warm water and allow to bloom
- Place water and yeast mixture into food processor or mixer
- Add flour over mixture then add olive oil and salt
- Pulse in processor until fully incorporated and a bit lighter
- Kneed the dough with flour on board
- Form into a ball
- Cover and allow to double in size
