Description

Sauteed dry rubbed shrimp with worcestershire, shallots, garlic, lime juice and butter


Ingredients

  • 24  Each Shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 1
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Grape Seed Oil

  • 3  Tea Spoon(s) Garlic, minced
  • 3
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Shallots, minced
  • 4
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 5
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Lime Juice, fresh
  • 6
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Unsalted Butter
  • 7
  •  As Needed Herb Seasoning
  • 8
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Basil, dried
  • 9
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Oregano, dried
  • 10
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Thyme, dried

  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Cayenne Pepper

Directions

    1. Toss shrimp with dry spices
    2. Add the neutral oil to a hot pan and sear the shrimp on one side
    3. Add the garlic and shallots
    4. When the garlic and shallots start to get soft add, the Worcestershire sauce and lime juice
    5. Toss to combine
    6. Lower heat and slowly add the butter to make the sauce
    7. Plate up with rice or toasted bread
    8. Garnish with fresh herbs
