Directions
- Toss shrimp with dry spices
- Add the neutral oil to a hot pan and sear the shrimp on one side
- Add the garlic and shallots
- When the garlic and shallots start to get soft add, the Worcestershire sauce and lime juice
- Toss to combine
- Lower heat and slowly add the butter to make the sauce
- Plate up with rice or toasted bread
- Garnish with fresh herbs
