BBQ Tofu with Braised Cabbage

Description
This is the perfect vegan dish. Sweet BBQ Tofu on a bed of Sweet and Sour Braised Napa Cabbage with yellow raisins.
Ingredients
- 6 Ounce(s) Weight Tofu, extra firm
- 3 Cup(s) Napa Cabbage, roughly chopped
- 3 Table Spoon(s) Golden Raisins
- 2 Table Spoon(s) White Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup(s) Vegetable Oil
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 Cup(s) Barbecue Sauce, bottled
Directions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a hot pan, add cabbage and cook for 3 minutes
- Add raisins, vinegar and some salt & pepper and cook until soft
- Heat the rest of the oil in a nonstick pan
- Season tofu and place in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides
- Remove tofu from pan and dress with barbecue sauce
- Place cabbage on a plate and top with the tofu
