Description

Red Fish dredged in Cajun Blackened Seasoning then sauteed in butter. Great served with jambalaya, rice or even risotto.


Ingredients

  • 1  Each 8 oz. Red Fish Filet
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Cajun Blackened Seasoning
  • 2
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 3

Directions

    1. Dredge red fish in Blackened Seasoning
    2. In a hot pan, add butter and let melt
    3. Saute fish in butter for 2 - 3 minutes on each side
    4. Remove fish from pan and plate up
