This is the fast easy butter cream to make when you don't have a lot of time. Tastes great and spreads and pipes smoothly for any cake or cupcake. Add chocolate to make it a chocolate blitz butter cream.


  • 2  Pound(s) Butter
  • 1
  • 1  Pound(s) Powdered Sugar
  • 2
  • 2  Each Egg Whites
  • 3
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 4


    1. Add butter to a mixing stand with a paddle attachment
    2. Whip butter on high speed
    3. Lower speed then slowly add sugar
    4. Scrape down sides of bowl and paddle and mix again
    5. Increase speed to high, Whip until all ingredients are fully incorporated
    6. Add vanilla extract and mix
    7. Scrape down sides and mix again
    8. Add egg whites on highest speed for 4 - 5 minutes
    9. Scrape bowl and mix together
    10. Pour into pastry bag or just use a spatula
