Description
This is the fast easy butter cream to make when you don't have a lot of time. Tastes great and spreads and pipes smoothly for any cake or cupcake. Add chocolate to make it a chocolate blitz butter cream.

Directions
- Add butter to a mixing stand with a paddle attachment
- Whip butter on high speed
- Lower speed then slowly add sugar
- Scrape down sides of bowl and paddle and mix again
- Increase speed to high, Whip until all ingredients are fully incorporated
- Add vanilla extract and mix
- Scrape down sides and mix again
- Add egg whites on highest speed for 4 - 5 minutes
- Scrape bowl and mix together
- Pour into pastry bag or just use a spatula
