Buffalo Wings

Description
No breading necessary, just fry these wings in oil and toss with Frank's Hot Sauce and butter, serve with blue cheese dip, carrots and celery sticks and you've got yourself the perfect finger food!
Ingredients
- 24 Each Chicken Wings, jumbo, split
- 1 Quart(s) Neutral Oil (for frying)
- 4 Fluid ounce(s) Frank's Hot Sauce (or more if you prefer spicy)
- 4 Ounce(s) Weight Butter, melted (or more if you prefer mild)
Directions
- Wash and pat dry the wings
- Add oil to a very large pot making sure there is enough room for oil to rise
- Heat oil to 350 degrees
- Slowly and carefully add wings to oil
- Fry wings for 20 - 25 minutes depending on desired crispness
- Remove wings from oil and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil
- In a very large bowl, mix together hot sauce and butter
- Add hot wings to hot sauce and toss to combine well
- Plate up and enjoy!
