Description

Watch Chef Dan show you how to cut an airline chicken breast from a whole chicken. This is a classical cut of chicken.

Directions

    1. Make incision along the center of the 2 breasts and run the knife along the rib cage to remove all the meat.
    2. Cut under joint to remove the breast and wing bone in one piece.
    3. Trim off extra skin and fat and get ready to cook!
