This is a homemade Calzone. Basic pizza dough filled with a creamy cheese mixture and any topping you wish.

To Taste Tomato Sauce

Ounce(s) Weight Ham or Pepperoni (or both)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Cut the dough into quarters and form them into round circles, let rest for 10 minutes
- Roll each quarter dough into a flat disk, 7-8" in diameter
- Place a portion of the cheese, meat and seasonings onto one half of the dough
- Fold the dough over to create a half moon shape
- Twist the edges around and tuck the final piece under the bottom
- Brush with oil
- Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden brown
