Directions
- Saute onion, garlic and herbs for 2-3 minutes, add bay leaves and rosemary sprig
- Add wine and reduce by half
- Add cream and reduce by half
- Remove the bay leaves and rosemary sprig
- Whisk in the cheese and remove from the stove
- Finish with butter, roasted garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper
- Taste adjust and serve
