Creamy perfect Cheese Cake every time. With an easy Graham Cracker crust. This is the last Cheese cake recipe you will ever need. This recipe makes 2 8" cakes or you can make individual miniature cheesecakes.


  • 3  Pound(s) Cream Cheese

  • 13  Ounce(s) Weight Sugar
  • 2
  • 4  Each Eggs
  • 3
  • 1  Pound(s) Sour Cream
  • 4
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Heavy Cream
  • 5
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 6
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Orange or Lemon Zest (optional)

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. In a mixing stand with a paddle attachment, add cream cheese
    3. mix on high speed to soften
    4. Add sugar and mix on high speed to whip
    5. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix again
    6. Once smooth, add sour cream, mix on high
    7. Scrape down bowl again and mix
    8. Add each egg at a time then add vanilla extract and any zest you may want, mix
    9. Scrape down sides of bowl then mix quickly
    10. Turn off mixer and fold in heavy cream with a rubber spatula
    11. Sprinkle graham cracker crust on the bottom of each vessel or pan
    12. Push down with hands to make it flat and even
    13. Scoop cream cheese mix into each vessel or pan, you can fill to the top
    14. Place on a baking sheet filled with water halfway up
    15. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until slightly jiggly

    Graham Cracker Crust


  • 1/2 Pound(s) Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/3 Pound(s) Butter, melted
  • Directions

    1. Add butter and graham cracker crumbs to a mixing bowl
    2. Using your hands, mix together to combine thoroughly
