Creamy perfect Cheese Cake every time. With an easy Graham Cracker crust. This is the last Cheese cake recipe you will ever need. This recipe makes 2 8" cakes or you can make individual miniature cheesecakes.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a mixing stand with a paddle attachment, add cream cheese
- mix on high speed to soften
- Add sugar and mix on high speed to whip
- Scrape down sides of bowl and mix again
- Once smooth, add sour cream, mix on high
- Scrape down bowl again and mix
- Add each egg at a time then add vanilla extract and any zest you may want, mix
- Scrape down sides of bowl then mix quickly
- Turn off mixer and fold in heavy cream with a rubber spatula
- Sprinkle graham cracker crust on the bottom of each vessel or pan
- Push down with hands to make it flat and even
- Scoop cream cheese mix into each vessel or pan, you can fill to the top
- Place on a baking sheet filled with water halfway up
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until slightly jiggly
