Description

This simple little recipe for cheesy croutons will enhance any soup or salad. These large crunch croutons with a cheesy flavor will really be a crowd pleaser.


Ingredients

  • ½  Each French, Italian or Rustic Loaf of Bread
  • 1
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 2
  • 3 ¼  Table Spoon(s) Swiss, grated
  • 3
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 4
  • 1  To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 5

Directions

    1. Cute up bread into cubes to desired size
    2. Toss with the rest of ingredients
    3. Lay out on a sheet pan
    4. Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown
