Ingredients

• ½ one_half Each French, Italian or Rustic Loaf of Bread

• 4  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil

• 3 ¼ one_quater Table Spoon(s) Swiss, grated

• 3  Table Spoon(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated

• 1  To Taste Salt and Pepper

Directions

1. Cute up bread into cubes to desired size
2. Toss with the rest of ingredients
3. Lay out on a sheet pan
4. Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown
