Ingredients

• 1  Each Prime Delmonico Chop

• 2  Table Spoon(s) JV Prime Dry Spice Rub

•  As Needed Olive Oil

Directions

1. Pre-heat your barbeque or charbroiler until very hot
2. Generously rub chops with oil then dredge in Spice Rub
3. Let marinate for at least one hour
4. Grill on premium charcoals to desired doneness
5. Approximately 6 minutes on both sides for medium rare

Serve with an ice Cold Beer
