Description

Golden fried crispy chicken fingers seasoned to perfection. You will never go back to store bought.


Ingredients

  • 1  Pound(s) Chicken tenders or chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Flour
  • 2
  • 4  Each Eggs, beaten
  • 3
  • 1 1/2  Cup(s) Bread Crumbs (any kind)
  • 4
  •  As Needed Salt and Pepper
  • 5
  • 2  Quart(s) Neutral Oil, for deep frying
  • 6

Directions

    1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
    2. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg wash then bread crumbs
    3. Fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown
    4. Depending on thickness of chicken, you may have to finish in the oven at 350 degrees for 3 - 5 minutes
