Chicken Francaise is a tasty way to prepare one of our favorite foods, chicken. It is breaded and fried and then kept warm with a lemony sauce.

Directions
- Take eggs and crack into medium size bowl
- Add cream, parmesan cheese and dried oregano to eggs and mix
- Measure flour onto flat platter
- Take chicken breast and layout on cutting board
- Season both sides of chicken breast
- Place large saute pan on stove over medium heat
- Add olive oil to pan
- Take chicken breast and dredge in flour and pat off any excess flour
- Take chicken breast and submerge into egg mixture
- Remove chicken from egg mixture and place directly into hot saute pan
- Do Not touch until lightly brown around edges
- Turn over chicken breast
- Once second side is brown remove from pan.
- Repeat this process until all chicken is brown. Place chicken in 250 degree oven until sauce is ready
- Lower heat on saute pan to low do not clean out
- Add chopped garlic to pan and let saute until slightly brown
- Deglaze pan with white wine and lemon juice
- Let cook for 3-5 minutes
- Turn off heat to pan and add butter swirling pan until completely melted
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Remove chicken from oven
- Place sauce over chicken and enjoy
