Directions
- Place all ingredients in a pot.
- If water does not cover all items in pot by 3 inches add more water until it does.
- Bring to boil.
- Lower heat until slow lazy simmer.
- Let simmer for 6-8 hours.
- Skim and strain.
- Store in a refrigerator or freezer until needed.
