Description

This Chickpea Salad recipe is high in protein and makes for a nice summer side dish. It consists of chick peas, red onions, peppers, tomatoes and feta cheese. Light and refreshing!


Ingredients

  • 3  Pound(s) Chick Peas, canned, drained and rinsed well

Directions

    1. In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients
