Description
Grilled shrimp with a chili garlic marinade. Mexican in origin, but can be Asian as well.

Each Tiger Shrimp, 16/20 size

Tea Spoon(s) Garlic, minced

Tea Spoon(s) Chili Flakes

Table Spoon(s) Cilantro, chopped

Fluid ounce(s) Butter, melted

To Taste Salt & Pepper

Directions
- Add garlic, chili flakes, salt, pepper and butter to a pan
- Melt over low heat and pour over shrimp
- Marinate for 1 hour minimum or overnight
- Grill until pink, about 2 mins per side over medium heat
- Remove from Grill, place on a plate with the cavity down and tails up
- Garnish with some of the marinade and the chopped cilantro
- Place a cup of melted butter on the side for dipping
