Grilled shrimp with a chili garlic marinade. Mexican in origin, but can be Asian as well.


  • 6  Each Tiger Shrimp, 16/20 size
  • 1
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Garlic, minced
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Chili Flakes
  • 3
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Cilantro, chopped
  • 4
  • 2  Fluid ounce(s) Butter, melted
  • 5
  •  To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • 6


    1. Add garlic, chili flakes, salt, pepper and butter to a pan
    2. Melt over low heat and pour over shrimp
    3. Marinate for 1 hour minimum or overnight
    4. Grill until pink, about 2 mins per side over medium heat
    5. Remove from Grill, place on a plate with the cavity down and tails up
    6. Garnish with some of the marinade and the chopped cilantro
    7. Place a cup of melted butter on the side for dipping
