Chinese Beef and Broccoli

Description
Sliced beef stir fried with broccoli, ginger and garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Ingredients
- 1 Pound(s) Broccoli Florets, cut up into bite size pieces
- 1/4 Pound(s) Beef, sliced, marinated in oil, corn starch, salt and pepper
- 1 Each Garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Ginger, julienned
- 2 Tea Spoon(s) Corn Starch Slurry (corn starch dissolved in water)
- 1 Cup(s) Chicken Stock
- 2 Table Spoon(s) Neutral Oil
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Soy Sauce
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Sesame Oil
Directions
- Add water to wok and bring to a boil
- Add broccoli to boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes
- Strain broccoli and set aside
- Place wok back on high heat
- Add oil to wok and spread around to coat
- Add beef, ginger and garlic
- Toss around to stir fry
- Add broccoli back to wok and Toss to combine
- Add chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil
- Add corn starch slurry
- Mix to combine
- Plate up and enjoy!
