Description

Sliced beef stir fried with broccoli, ginger and garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.


Ingredients

  • 1  Pound(s) Broccoli Florets, cut up into bite size pieces
  • 1
  • 1/4  Pound(s) Beef, sliced, marinated in oil, corn starch, salt and pepper
  • 2
  • 1  Each Garlic, thinly sliced
  • 3
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Ginger, julienned
  • 4
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Corn Starch Slurry (corn starch dissolved in water)

  • 1  Cup(s) Chicken Stock
  • 6
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Neutral Oil
  • 7
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Soy Sauce
  • 8
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Oyster Sauce
  • 9
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Sesame Oil

Directions

    1. Add water to wok and bring to a boil
    2. Add broccoli to boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes
    3. Strain broccoli and set aside
    4. Place wok back on high heat
    5. Add oil to wok and spread around to coat
    6. Add beef, ginger and garlic
    7. Toss around to stir fry
    8. Add broccoli back to wok and Toss to combine
    9. Add chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil
    10. Add corn starch slurry
    11. Mix to combine
    12. Plate up and enjoy!
