Description
This is a refreshing salad of Cucumbers and Peppers seasoned with a melange of Asian ingredients. Great to serve as a side dish or add seafood for a complete meal.

Each Seedless Cucumbers, cut into 1/4" half moons

Each Red Bell Pepper, sliced on the bias

Directions
- Place all cut up vegetables in a mixing bowl
- Add the vinegar, soy, sesame oil and sesame seeds
- mix well
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
- Chill for a minimum of 2 minutes in the refrigerator before serving
