Smooth and shiny chocolate ganache. Use it warm to top cupcakes or cakes. Or you can cool and use as a frosting. 2 great ways to use the same product.


  • 1  Pound(s) Semi -sweet Chocolate
  • 1
  • 2  Cup(s) Heavy Cream
  • 2
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Corn Syrup
  • 3


    1. Add heavy cream to a sauce pot on medium high heat
    2. Bring to a simmer
    3. Turn off heat then add chocolate
    4. Whisk until chocolate is melted and fully combined
    5. Whisk in corn syrup
    6. Use right away or refrigerate then microwave for 10 - 15 seconds before serving
