Directions
- Add heavy cream to a sauce pot on medium high heat
- Bring to a simmer
- Turn off heat then add chocolate
- Whisk until chocolate is melted and fully combined
- Whisk in corn syrup
- Use right away or refrigerate then microwave for 10 - 15 seconds before serving
