Cinnamon Rolls

Description
A yeast dough rolled up with cinnamon and brown sugar then baked in the oven and topped with cream cheese icing.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ Tea Spoon(s) Yeast
- 1 Cup(s) Warm Milk (110-115 degrees)
- 1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
- 1/3 Cup(s) Butter, melted
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Salt
- 2 Each Eggs
- 4 Cup(s) Flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk
- Add the sugar, salt, eggs and 1 cup of flour, whisk to combine
- Slowly add the remaining flour to create a tacky dough
- Knead on the counter until dough springs back when touched
- Cover and let rest for 10 min
- Roll dough into a 21" x 16" rectangle
- Spread butter over dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture
- Roll into a pinwheel and cut every 2"
- Stand them on their side and flatten to form the bun
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
- Let buns cool and cover with icing
- Enjoy!
