This tangy marinated feta is a great accompaniment in salads or smeared on grilled bread for a tasty hors d'oeuvres.

Pound(s) Feta Cheese, cut into 1/4" slices

Each Baguette, sliced on the bias

Cup(s) Citrus Marinade

Directions
- Cut feta on the bias to make triangles
- Line feta in a container and place to the side
- Pour Citrus Marinade over Feta
- Let rest for about 1 hour to absorb
- Drizzle each slice of baguette with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Grill each side for about 2 minutes or until nicely charred
- Plate up crostini's
- Top with Marinated Citrus Feta
- Drizzle with extra Marinade
- Garnish with fresh basil
