This glaze or marinade is great for fish or any meat. It's a very quick and easy recipe just blend all your ingredients together. Once heated, this Citrus Soy glaze will blow your mind!


  • 16  Fluid ounce(s) Sake

  • 12  Fluid ounce(s) Sweet White Miso Paste
  • 2
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Yuzu Juice
  • 3
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Mirin (sweet Japanese cooking wine)
  • 4
  • 6  Table Spoon(s) Sugar

    1. In a sauce pan, reduce sake by half to burn off alcohol
    2. Once cooled off, pour into a blender
    3. Add miso, yuzu, mirin and sugar and to blender until all combined
    4. Marinate meat or use as a sauce
