2 methods for making clarified butter. Clarified butter is excellent for sauteing your favorite meats, chicken, and fish. Clarified butter has a higher flash point than regular butter. It will diminish the chance of getting a burnt flavor when cooking but still add a buttery flavor.

    1. Melt butter allow to cool and separate milk solids and liquids from the butter fat

    3. Simmer butter on low heat until all liquids evaporate and only the butter fat is left
