Description
Fresh avocados blended with authentic Mexican flavors. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers as an appetizer, garnish or side dish. This is a nice dish to prepare tableside.

Directions
- Score avocado down center all around
- Carefully split in half and remove pit, avocado should be yellow green color
- Scoop out avocado carefully trying to preserve the skin to use as serving dish for guacamole
- Put avocado into medium size bowl and mash with fork
- Add garlic, cilantro, tomato, lemon juice and salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients together, scoop back into avocado peels
- You can serve this room temperature
- Squeeze some more lemon over avocado, cover with plastic and refrigerate
