Fresh avocados blended with authentic Mexican flavors. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers as an appetizer, garnish or side dish. This is a nice dish to prepare tableside.


  • 1  Each Avocado
  • 1
  • 2  Each Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 2
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3
  • ½  Each Lemon, juiced
  • 4
  •  To Taste Salt
  • 5
  • ½  Each Tomatoes, diced
  • 6


    1. Score avocado down center all around
    2. Carefully split in half and remove pit, avocado should be yellow green color
    3. Scoop out avocado carefully trying to preserve the skin to use as serving dish for guacamole
    4. Put avocado into medium size bowl and mash with fork
    5. Add garlic, cilantro, tomato, lemon juice and salt to taste
    6. Mix all ingredients together, scoop back into avocado peels
    7. You can serve this room temperature
    8. Squeeze some more lemon over avocado, cover with plastic and refrigerate
