Description

Easy and Fresh made Coconut Sorbet


Ingredients

  • 2  Each Cans Coco Lopez (cream of coconut)
  • 1
  • 1 1/3  Quart(s) Milk
  • 2
  • 1  Cup(s) Heavy Cream
  • 3
  • 1  Each Vanilla Bean (or 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract)
  • 4

Directions

    1. Place milk, cream, cream of coconut, and cut and scraped vanilla bean into a pot
    2. bring to a boil and then turn off heat
    3. strain mixture through chinois and cool in an ice bath
    4. run through your ice cream machine until firm
