Proper technique for cooking and cutting corn off the cob for your favorite recipe. Use this for a fresh corn salsa or hot buttered corn.


  • 2  Each Corn on the Cob

  • 1  As Needed Water
  • 2
  • 1  As Needed Kosher Salt

    1. Husk corn and place in salted boiling water
    2. When cooked to desired texture, place in cold water to cool
    3. Stand corn straight up and run your knife down the side to cut off corn kernels
    4. Saute with butter as a side dish or use in a salad or salsa
