Proper technique for cooking and cutting corn off the cob for your favorite recipe. Use this for a fresh corn salsa or hot buttered corn.
- 2 Each Corn on the Cob
- 1 As Needed Water
- 1 As Needed Kosher Salt
- Husk corn and place in salted boiling water
- When cooked to desired texture, place in cold water to cool
- Stand corn straight up and run your knife down the side to cut off corn kernels
- Saute with butter as a side dish or use in a salad or salsa
