Corn Bread (Best Ever)

Description
This is a great tasting sweet corn bread. Baked in a cast iron pan. Watch Chef Jesse and make this easy corn bread that will wow them every time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 Cup(s) Cake Flour
- 2/3 Cup(s) Yellow Corn Meal
- 1/2 Cup(s) Corn Flour
- 5 Table Spoon(s) Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup(s) Sugar
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Salt
- 1 1/3 Cup(s) Butter Milk
- 5 Table Spoon(s) Butter, melted
- 1 Each Egg
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Vegetable Oil
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Honey (optional)
- 1 As Needed Nonstick Cooking Spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix the wet ingredients in a different bowl
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together, do not over Mix just stir in until incorporated
- Spray a cast iron pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place batter into the pan and smooth out
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, check after 25 minutes
- When the center is no longer wet, check with a wooden skewer
- Let cool, cut and serve
